Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Commissioners acting as the Board of Adjustment at 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County courthouse in Woonsocket
Meeting is to discuss a Variance for platting less than 20 acres for Robert Pearson at SW/4 33-108-60 Floyd township. A plat is also being presented for Lot 1 of R.J. Pearson’s 1st Addn. in SW/4 33-108-60. The plat consists of 3.53 acres. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance #1537 states that it is unlawful for any person to subdivide, layout, transfer or record lands less than twenty (20) acres.
