Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Commissioners acting as the Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a Variance regarding Section 515, Minimum Yard Requirements in an Ag District for Wenton Wormstadt at the SE/4 13-108-60. He is requesting to reduce the yard requirement of 75 feet to 31-36 feet for the placement of a pole shed.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.

The Town of Artesian Council met on November 1, 2017, in regular session at the Artesian Community Center. Council Member K. Effling called the meeting to order with Council Member C. Danek, and Finance Officer G. Effling present. Also present was: T. Fridley.
