BROOKINGS – South Dakotans who invested in our state’s youth will be inducted into the 4-H Hall of Fame September 2 during the 2018 South Dakota State Fair held in Huron, Aug. 30-Sept. 3.

The 2018 4-H Hall of Fame inductees include: Janet Maeschen, Sanborn County; Julie Symens, Marshall County; Mike and Rose Kraft, Marshall County; Betty Knutsen, Brookings County; Rosalie Schumacher, Walworth County; Roxie Tetrault, Butte/Lawrence Counties; Lyndell Petersen, Pennington County and Joyce Bowman, Fall River/Pennington Counties.

The ceremony will be held in the Nordby Exhibit Hall on the State Fair Grounds in Huron (1060 3rd St. SW, Huron) at 5 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend the ceremony.
