Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning & Zoning board at 9:10 a.m. on March 5th, 2018, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket, S.D., to propose the following amendments to the Sanborn County Zoning Ordinance adopted December 5, 2006.
The meeting is to discuss an amendment to re-zone lots 13-24; Block 43, Woonsocket, from Highway Commercial (HC) district to Two-Family Residential (R2) District. Rezoning will be for demolishment of a structure and construction of a new church at lots 15-24: Block 43, Woonsocket.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning & Zoning board at 9:20 a.m. on March 5th, 2018, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket, S.D., for a variance request.
The meeting is to discuss a variance for the Spirit of Faith Church to have a rear yard of no less than ten (10) feet. Ordinance Section 815 states a rear yard of no less than twenty (20) feet is required.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
