The Spirit of Faith Church will receive sealed proposals for a new church building until Saturday, May 12th, at 5 p.m. Please send sealed bids to the church treasurer: Rachael Anderson, PO Box 173, Woonsocket, SD 57385.
A copy of the plans can be obtained by sending a request to sofwoonsocket@gmail.com and a set of plans will be emailed back to you.
Bids will be accepted separately for the following: Dirt Work, Cement Work, Electrical, Mechanical and the Building.
All equipment and personnel necessary to perform all of the work and tasks listed are the sole responsibility of the Contractor and should be included in the contract price proposal. The Contractor must provide liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Failure of the Contractor to supply a valid certificate of insurance will be grounds for issuance of a stop work order.
Spirit of Faith Church reserves the right to cancel requests for proposals without penalty. Additionally, the Spirit of Faith Church reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to negotiate changes and/or modifications.
