The Woonsocket School Staff recently implemented “Windsuit Wednesday” into their school week. The teachers and support staff are able to wear sweats on Wednesdays if they donate an annual fee at the beginning of each year. The staff ordered new sweatsuit-like apparel specially marked with a Woonsocket Staff logo on it from White’s Screenprinting.​ The money raised from “Windsuit Wednesday” will be given out in scholarship form to qualifying seniors. The senior class of 2018 will be the first students to benefit from this opportunity. The staff is excited to show their continued support to the graduating seniors in furthering their education.
