Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning and Zoning Board at 9:05 a.m. on September 9, 2019, in the Commissioners room, 2nd floor of the Sanborn County courthouse in Woonsocket.

Meeting is to discuss a Variance regarding Section 513, Minimum Lot Requirement of (10) acres. A plat is being presented for Lots A and B of Jim’s 1st Addition in portions of Government Lots 1 and 2 in the NW/4 of 31-108-61 for 3.51 acres for Lot A and 3.32 acres for Lot B.
