The third grade class decided to embark on a small business venture for Valentine’s Day in hopes of raising enough money for a pizza party to end their fraction unit. The snow storm put a slight damper on it, but they got right back to business Tuesday morning and filled all 82 orders of Valen-slime. The class invited a couple experts from the previous year’s slime makers to guide them in the process. Through this endeavor, they learned about following recipes, expenses, profits, and working as a team.
