On Tuesday, Jan. 25, the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawks traveled to Alexandria to take on the Hanson Beavers. The junior varsity boys played hard but, in the end, lost to the Beavers, 25-45.

The SCW Blackhawk varsity team wrapped up the evening of basketball. The boys gave it all they had but, once again, came up short losing to the Hanson Beavers, 48-63.

The Blackhawk boys traveled to Ethan to go up against the Rustlers on Tuesday, Feb. 1, for their next game and then travel to Wolsey to take on the Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds on Saturday, Feb. 5.
