The Town of Artesian Council met on July 11, 2023, in regular session at the Artesian Community Center.  Council Member Travis King called the meeting to order with Council Member Candi Danek and Mike Salathe present. Also present was Finance Officer MaKenna Hertel. Present for public participation were Andrew and Kaleigh Zoss, and Molly Ebersdorfer.

Motion by Salathe, seconded by Danek, to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by Danek, seconded by Salathe, to approve June Council Minutes, Financial Statement, and Payment of Vouchers; motion carried.

Old Business:

Streets – Gravel and mowing were discussed. Discussion was held on the lagoon clean out. The Board discussed Code Enforcement. The West Nile grant was update.

New Business: 

Motion by Danek, seconded by Salathe, to approve to add MaKenna Hertel to CorTrust Accounts and delete Molly Ebersdorfer. Motion carried. Discussion was held about the cabin at the pool house. 

There being no further business, motion by Salathe, seconded by Danek, to adjourn. Motion carried.
