On Saturday, Sept. 28, the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawks junior high volleyball team participated in the James Valley Christian Jr. High Volleyball Tournament held in Huron. Eight teams were involved in the tournament including Highmore-Harrold, Wolsey-Wessington, Hitchcock-Tulare, Iroquois, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket, James Valley Christian and two teams from Wessington Springs.
