Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held with the Sanborn County Planning & Zoning Board at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021. The meeting will be held in the Commissioner’s Room on the second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse, Woonsocket, S.D.

Meeting is to discuss a Conditional Use for a Wireless Communication Tower Facility owned by AT&T located at SW/4 4-108-62, Warren township, Sanborn County, S.D. The proposed tower will be a 333’ lighted, guyed communications tower on a leased site.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
