On Thursday, March 7, Sanborn Central and Woonsocket choir students, under the direction of music teacher Mrs. Jenny Easton, showed off their singing abilities in the annual “Blackhawks Got Talent” music contest. Students ages fifth grade through seniors participated, performing solos, duets, trios and small group pieces. Mrs. Rachael Anderson of Woonsocket served as a judge for the event. Sanborn Central School held their part of the contest in the morning, and Woonsocket School held theirs in the afternoon.
