BROOKINGS – Jennifer Grassel of Artesian was awarded the Willda Weeks Heath Scholarship in Nursing and the Peck Family Scholarship Endowment in Nursing for the 2012-13 academic year at South Dakota State University.
Grassel is a junior majoring in nursing at SDSU, where she participates in NSA, Human Services Club, Alpha Lambda Delta and Golden Key Honor Society.  She is the daughter of Ed and Laurie Grassel and is a graduate of Sanborn Central High School.
