Artesian American Legion Auxiliary judged the poppy posters submitted by the Sanborn Central students. 

The first place winners were as follows: Class I (second and third grade) – Makenzie McGuire; Class II (fourth and fifth grade) – Keira Pollard; Class III (sixth and seventh grade) – Autumn Wipf; Class IV (eighth and ninth grade) – Alanna Wurtz. The Auxiliary appreciated all the students who participated.
