On April 22 at 1:30 p.m.,  Alan Larson, Jr. backed in to Marcella (Sally) Krueger on Dumont Ave. Krueger’s 2003 Buick LeSabre  received $5,000 in damage and Larson’s 2001 Chevrolet Silverado received $2,200.
On April 27 at about 5:30 p.m., Haley Feldhaus of Howard was driving a 1998 Chevy Suburban pulling a horse trailer 1-1/2 miles west of Artesian on Hwy. 34 and was pushed by a wind gust and rolled. The 1998 Chevy Suburban was totaled, costing approximately $6,000, and the 1976 Hale horse trailer received minor damage. The suburban and horse trailer were owned by Jason and Emily Feldhaus also of Howard. The horse inside the trailer received a non-life threatening gouge and several abrasions about the body.
