BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOONSOCKET, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Whenever there exists on the streets of the City of Woonsocket, accumulations of three (3) inches or more of snow, it shall be unlawful for any  person to park any  motor vehicle upon the streets until after such time as the streets have been cleared of snow.
Section 2. Inasmuch as it is deemed to be in the best interests and safety of the City to remove such accumulations of snow from the streets, therefore, any vehicle parked in violation of this Ordinance would be a hazard to traffic, and, therefore, shall be towed to preserve the health and safety of the Community.
Section 3. The violation of any section of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of Fifty Dollars ($50) plus costs.
