Sealed bids for south side bleachers in the gym will be received by the Board of Education of the Sanborn Central School District #55-5 of Sanborn County, South Dakota, at the office of the Business Manager of said District 40405 SD Hwy 34, Forestburg, South Dakota 57314 until Tuesday, January 12, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the Administrative Office. The bids must be plainly marked “BLEACHER BID”. The Sanborn Central School District Board of Education will publicly open, read aloud, and act on the bids received at their regular school board meeting on Friday, January 15, 2015 at 7:00 a.m.
All bids submitted will be considered a firm bid for a period of thirty (30) days.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The District will accept the bid, which will best serve the needs of the school district.
By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to materials, products, and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota, and all other statutory preferences provided by law will be taken into account in awarding the contract.
