The Butler Cemetery annual meeting was called to order by President Rod Clarambeau.
The 2015 annual meeting minutes were approved as read. Motion by Mary Ann Blindauer to accept, seconded by Kori Clarambeau. All aye. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Bob Steckel and approved as read. Motion by Steve Zoss to accept, seconded by Murray VanLaecken. All aye. Motion carried.
Old Business
Ken Stach hopes to update the directory this year by walking through the cemetery and documenting graves.
New Business
Ken Stach asked if he could broadcast 1200 pounds of fertilizer as well as over seed the cemetery with grass seed to fill in bare spots. Motion to approve by Kori Clarambeau, seconded by Loretta Blindauer. All aye. Motion carried. Ron Ruml asked for funds to purchase 50 American flags to be placed on all veteran graves. Motion to approve by Mary Ann Blindauer, seconded by Betty Zoss. All aye. Motion carried.
Ken Stach’s board postion is up for re-election. Mary Ann Blindauer made a motion that we cast a unanimous ballot for him, seconded by Kori Clarambeau. All aye. Motion carried.
