Lorna Jane Ogle, 61, died at her home on Feb. 7, 2016, in Rapid City.
Celebration of life services were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11 at South Maple United Methodist Church in Rapid City.
Lorna was born on June 10, 1954, in Pierre, to Raymond and Mildred Salathe. She graduated from Harrold High School in 1972 and received an associate’s degree from Presentation College in Aberdeen. She married Clarence Ogle on Oct. 4, 1974, and they welcomed three children into their home.
She loved reading, traveling and attending her children’s and grandchildren’s numerous activities.
Lorna is survived by her husband, Clarence; children, Kristin (Mike) Bickett, Brian (Melanie), and Travis (Jamea); nine grandchildren; parents, Raymond and Mildred Salathe; sisters, Debra Ogle, Wanda Nelson and Rita Herman; brother, David; and mother-in-law, Katherine Ogle.
Memorials may be directed to Harney Little League.
