The Sanborn County Commissioners will hold a hearing at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, in the Commission Room at the Sanborn County Courthouse, 604 W 6th St, Woonsocket, SD 57385. The purpose of this meeting is to take action on a petition to vacate the following plat: Lot A of H.J. Northrup’s First Addition in the SE1/4 of 27-105-60, Sanborn County. Such petition was filed in the office of the Sanborn County Auditor on May 13, 2016. If after the hearing, required by SDCL 11-3-22.1, the Board of County Commissioners determine that the granting of the petition will not abridge or destroy any of the rights and privileges of other proprietors of such plat and will not authorize the closing or obstruction of any public highway laid out according to law; it may vacate the plat specified in the petition.
