Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:25 a.m. on April 3, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket
Meeting is to discuss a Variance for platting less than 20 acres for Robert Pearson at SW/4 33-108-60 Floyd Township. A plat is also being presented for Lot 1 of R.J. Pearson’s 1st Addn. in SW/4 33-108-60. The plat consists of  3.53 acres. Sanborn County’s existing Ordinance #1537 states that it is unlawful for any person to subdivide, layout, transfer or record lands less than twenty (20) acres.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
