The American Legion Auxiliary Post 93 met March 12, at 7 p.m. at the Letcher Community Center. There were six members present for the meeting.

Treasurer’s report was read by Kathy Northrup and approved by the group.

Secretary’s report was read by Amy Howard and was also approved.

The Americanism poems have been judged and sent in.

The Spring District meeting will be held in Badger on March 18.

Legionette of the Year was awarded to Pat Nelson for 2018.

The “Give 10 to Education” project was due by May 1 and has already been completed.

President Ruml is working on the year-end reporting due April 15.

They are celebrating the American Legion’s birthday and also community service month in March.

The Auxiliary will be having their annual salad luncheon on April 14 at the Letcher Community Center. Everyone’s welcome.

Poppy posters are due by May 1.

The hostess for March was Jane Amick.

The next meeting will be held April 9 at 7 p.m. The hostess wil be Amy Howard.
