Discussion was held on meters that need to be fixed. Discussion was held on past due accounts.
Approved Wages for 2018.
Discussion was held on the letter for the water increases. The letter was mailed out with January billings.
Discussion was held on Homeland Security Application/Grant.
Discussion was held on Poet Grant.
Election information for the newspaper and circulating petitions was discussed.
New Business:
The board discussed water increase with R. Wendelboe.
The Board went over the water sample report.

GENERAL & WATER/SEWER: Brooks Oil – $670.00 Propane 400 gallons – Community Center – $536.00 and Waterhouse – 100 gallons – $134.00, Davison Rural Water – $2,053.50 – water usage, Wellmark BCBS – $2,025.25 – health insurance, South Dakota One-Call – $15.75 – Locate Fees, IRS – $1,730.86 – payroll quarterly taxes, Morgan Theeler – $318.55 – meeting with the lawyer, Planning and Development District III – $392.00 – membership fees for 2018, Department of Revenue – $30.00 – water samples, Quill – $219.38 – router for Community Center, Sanborn County Auditor – $20.00 – election list.
