Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning & Zoning Board at 9:40 a.m. on Monday, March 5th, 2018, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.

Meeting is to discuss a variance for the NE/4 less Lot A of W. Wormstadt 1st Addition, 13-108-60 for a feed bunk set back of fifty-one (51) feet. Section 515, Ag district of Sanborn County’s Planning & Zoning Ordinance states: there shall be two (2) side yards, each of which shall not be less than seventy-five (75) feet.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
