These quilters enjoyed a three-day trip to Amana, Iowa from June 21-23. Enroute, they shopped at “Heart and Hands” quilt shop in Sioux City, Iowa; “Quilting Connection” in Ames, Iowa; Rainbows and Calico Things” and “The Woolen Needle” in Williamsburg, Iowa; “Heritage Designs” in the Amana colonies; “The Iowa Quilt Block” in West Des Moines, Iowa; and “Creekside Quilts” in Clive, Iowa.

Games were played on the bus as well as a quiz (all quilt related). Door prizes were in abundance. Everyone received a purple t-shirt with “I ‘heart’ Quilting” embroidered on it.
