The Prairie View Healthcare Community in Woonsocket has changed owners and is now doing business as Prairie View Healthcare Center. As of Feb. 1, a company by the name of EmpRes Healthcare Management, LLC, has taken over the operations of the Prairie View Healthcare Center from Welcov, the previous owner.
