On Thursday, May 2, the Sanborn Central Elementary had its end of the year Book It party. The party was held in the Sanborn Central Gym, which was a little different from last year when students went to a movie. There were many activities set up in the gym that the students that made it could enjoy, especially the inflatables that were brought in by the National Guard. The party had a camping theme, with craft stations, a movie and other fun things for students. Students have to reach a certain amount of points or reading time for each month to be able to attend the party.
