A lock-in and coronation were held at Sanborn Central Middle School on Monday, May 6. The students were invited to stay after school and participate in games and eat supper.  After supper, students and parents attended the Sanborn Central Middle School eighth grade coronation.  Candidates for coronation were: Brooklyn Johnson, Ellie Evans, Kenlie Fridley, Michael Hoffman, Brady Larson, and Toby Kneen. Candidates were chosen by the Sanborn Central student body. Princess Kenlie Fridley and Prince Brady Larson were crowned by the event’s speaker Sidney Salas.
