NOTICE OF CONCURRENT PUBLIC HEARINGS

ORDINANCE #2021-8 AND

ORDINANCE #2021-9

ORDINANCES AMENDING ORDINANCE 2006-1 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF CHAPTER 11-2, 1967 SDCL, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH

The Sanborn County Planning Commission and the Sanborn County Board of County Commissioners will hold concurrent public hearings on Tuesday, August 24th, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. located at the Sanborn County Courthouse, Woonsocket, S.D. All interested persons are encouraged to attend in person and comment on Ordinance #2021-8 and Ordinance #2021-9. After the public hearing, the Planning Commission may pass a resolution recommending approval of Ordinance #2021-8 and Ordinance #2021-9, with or without amendment, to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners may have a first reading of Ordinance #2021-8 and Ordinance #2021-9 by title and set a second reading date.

The proposed Ordinances #2021-8 and #2021-9 will be made available for public inspection at the Auditor’s office located  at Sanborn County Courthouse, Woonsocket, S.D., and on-line at www.districtiii.org/Sanborn/  or by mailing them to the Auditor at PO Box 7, Woonsocket, SD 57385 on or before noon on August 23rd, 2021.
