Ray and Marci Effling announce the birth of their daughter, Olivia Ann, born Feb. 8, 2013. She weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. and was 21-1/2 inches long. She joins siblings Austin, Lyndsey, Carter and Emily. Grandparents are Wenton and Jean Wormstadt and John and Shirley Effling. Great-grandmother is Evelyn Wormstadt.
