FSA News

By Owen Anderson, County Executive Director, Sanborn/Jerauld County Office.
Which NRCS Office Should I Use? Where should NRCS work be handled? NRCS work should be done in the NRCS County Office where the land in question is physically located. Since the Jerauld County NRCS office is still open the Jerauld land should still be handled at the Jerauld NRCS office. NRCS paperwork can and often times is initiated in the administering FSA county office, but will be passed along to be handled by the physical location NRCS office.
This is a correction to my news release issued back in early December where I wrote that NRCS work would be done by the NRCS office located with the administering FSA office. If you read that please disregard it. That was incorrect.
