Mitchell – There were 434 students participating in the 2013 Mitchell Technical Institute graduation ceremony held Friday, May 10 at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.
Area graduates included:
Charles Stephenson, Jr., Artesian, culinary academy (AAS); Allison Schmit**, Artesian, medical laboratory technology (AAS); Shanda Dean,  Artesian, medical office professional (AAS); Kaitlyn Donahue, Forestburg, medical office professional (AAS); Bryce Jessen*, Letcher, computer systems technology (Diploma); Drew Baysinger, Woonsocket, electrical construction and maintenance (diploma).
** Indicates High Honors (3.75-4.0 cumulative GPA). * indicates Honors (3.50-3.74 cumulative GPA). AAS = Associate of Applied Science degree.
