Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Schmidt of Woonsocket are announcing the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber, to Joseph Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Nelson, Kasson, Minn.
Both Amber and Joseph are graduates of South Dakota State University. Amber is presently working at Thrifty White Pharmacy in Waseca, Minn., as a staff pharmacist. Joseph is working for McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing in Dodge Center, Minn., as a senior design engineer.
The couple will be married on Sept. 5  at St. John’s Catholic Church in Plankinton.
