Senior, Dillon Moore, and eighth graders, Aiden Wormstadt, Katie Schmit and Samantha Dean, were honored at Artesian First Lutheran at the 11 a.m. worship service for their upcoming graduation on May 14 at Sanborn Central.
Dillon was presented a fleece tied blanket that the First Lutheran ladies had made.
Council President Jerry Moore presented Pastor Terry Knudson a gift of appreciation for his interim service at First Lutheran.  He has served the church since Sept. 1, 2015, and May 8 was his last service there.
Pastor Josh Knudsen has accepted the call from the Prairie Lutheran Parish and will begin his ministry on June 19.  What wonderful news!
