HURON – The Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC) Foundation announces the recipients of 14 scholarships totaling $9,000, according to Dr. Jesse Fast, foundation board chairman and scholarship committee chair.
Included in the HRMC Foundation Scholarship Recipients was Raleigh Larson, RN, of Woonsocket, who works as a nurse at HRMC, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at South Dakota State University.
“Our goal with these scholarships is to encourage students to further their education while pursuing a career in a healthcare field and also encourage HRMC employees and their children in their educational pursuits,” said Dr. Fast. “We had a lot of high-quality applicants and are pleased to assist [these] individuals as they further their education.”
