Sanborn Central senior Myah Selland was named to this year’s Volleyball All-State first team recently after leading her team to a sixth place finish in the State B Tournament.
After sitting out the first part of the season as she rehabbed her hip following surgery last April, Selland racked up more than 1,500 kills, 110 aces, 840 digs and 400 blocks.
Selland is the daughter of Brett and Kelly Selland, Letcher. She recently signed her commitment letter to play basketball next fall at South Dakota State University.
