An abandoned car stolen from Huron Automotive was found last Tuesday afternoon in the James River about seven miles north of Forestburg.
The 2016 maroon Nissan Altima was taken from the business sometime between 5:30 p.m. Friday, July 15, and Monday morning, July 18. The vehicle was found last Tuesday afternoon, July 19, in the river, tipped on the passenger side near 406th Avenue and 225th Street.
A SD Highway Patrol Trooper responded to the report and found no one at the scene.
