The Woonsocket American Legion Auxiliary recently donated 27 dictionaries to the Woonsocket third graders and 17 copies of the Constitution of the United States of America to the Woonsocket fifth graders.
On Saturday, Nov. 19, members of the Auxiliary met at PVHC to make 12 Christmas stockings for the VA hospital in Sioux Falls. The stockings were filled with treats and will be delivered to the VA hospital. Pictured are Evelyn Hjelm, Barbara Maurice and Lynn Brueske. Not pictured: Dawn Rassel.
