Mayor Chada called a special meeting to order with Hoffman, Knutson, and Meier in attendance.
Visitor at this meeting was Russell Olson with State of South Dakota Department of Legislative Audit.
Olson presented the Town Board with the Internal Control Review Report from the Audit that has been finished for the Town of Letcher.
Discussion was held on the report.
The next board meetings will be held on February 7th and 21st, 2017, at the town office.
