Sanborn Central will be celebrating Homecoming 2017 the week of Sept. 25-29.
Coronation will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 25, in the high school gym.
Homecoming queen candidates are Catherine Bechen, daughter of John and Gayle Bechen, and Sarah Morgan, daughter of Dennis and Donna Morgan. King candidates are Weston Baysinger, son of Thad and Shawna Baysinger, Trent Kingsbury, son of Lynette and Kevin Kingsbury, and Koby Larson, son of Bridget Larson and Mike Larson. There will be entertainment, including a watermelon eating contest. The public is invited to attend.
Dress up days for the student body are: Monday – Profession Day, Tuesday – Arcade Day, Wednesday – Opposite Sex Day, Thursday – Red Carpet Day, and Friday is Spirit Day.
On Friday, there will be a pep rally in the morning with games for the elementary students. Students will be attending the parade at Woonsocket.
