The Sanborn Central/Woonsocket FFA Meats team and other chapter members enjoyed the experience of the 90th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Ind., with the theme “I Can. We Will.” Team/Chapter members attending were Aaron Linke, Nathan Linke, Jared Goldammer, Austin Schmit, Sawyer Senska, Carter Linke, Megan Linke and Jonathan Linke, accompanied by Advisor Shane Gross and Chaperones Maria Olsen and Paula Linke.
For the third time in the past five years, the SCW chapter competed at the national level with a state-winning CDE team, the only state-champion teams in the school’s/chapter’s history.
