A special meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by mayor, Lindy Peterson, Monday, April 12, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. with the following members present: John Ames, Jim Steichen, Richard Reider, Joel Rassel and Brandon Goergen.
Motion by Ames, seconded by Goergen, to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Rassel, seconded by Reider, to canvas the votes. Motion carried.

Rod Weber met with the Council to discuss the agreement regarding the Community/Public Library.
Council discussed the Phone Policy.
John Ames left the meeting.
Motion by Reider, to exit the special meeting and enter into Executive Session to hold interviews regarding City employment at 6:50 p.m. Motion carried.
Motion by Reider, seconded by Rassel, to exit Executive Session and reenter the special meeting at 8:45 p.m. Motion carried.
With no further business to be discussed, motion by Goergen, seconded by Rassel, to adjourn the meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
