Sydney Swenson, daughter of Dan and Jane Swenson of Woonsocket, graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in a commencement ceremony held on May 14.
Sydney will begin her career as a licensed physical therapist in the Chronic Pain Center at the Minneapolis VA in Minneapolis, Minn. She is a 2010 graduate of Woonsocket High School, and a 2014 graduate of South Dakota State University.
Sydney is the granddaughter of Connie and the late Charles Swenson of Woonsocket, and Dick and Angie Steckley of Geddes.
