On Friday, June 15, it was reported to the Woonsocket City Office that there was a non-law-abiding citizen running the streets of Woonsocket in an unlicensed golf cart without a slow-moving sign attached to it. The city finance officer immediately flew into action, jumped into the city truck, turned on the flashing light atop the truck and hunted down the culprit. 

The perpetrator was accosted at the local convenience store, Express Stop, and was put under citizen arrest due to a valid complaint of said person not complying with city ordinances in connection to golf carts.
