Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning & Zoning Board at 9:10 a.m. on October 1, 2018, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County courthouse in Woonsocket for a Variance request.
Meeting is to discuss a Variance regarding Section 815, Minimum Lot Requirement. The Variance request is for a front yard depth of not less than nineteen (19) feet at Lots 13-18; Blk 5, Dunn’s Addition, Woonsocket. Sanborn County Zoning Ordinance requires a front yard depth not less than twenty-five (25) feet.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
