Randy Larson home damaged by fire last week

The Town and Country Fire and Rescue of Woonsocket work to put out the fire at the home of Randy Larson of rural Woonsocket.

Around midnight Wednesday morning, Feb. 7, the fire whistle called the local fire department to the home of Randy Larson, northwest of Woonsocket.

Fortunately, with the help of the Alpena Fire Department, the Woonsocket Fire Department got the fire under control and squelched before the entire house was destroyed. No one was injured in the blaze, and all household pets escaped harm, as well.
