The special meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by President Richard Reider, at 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2018, with the following members present: Derek Foos, Jim Steichen, Darin Kilcoin, Joel Rassel and Brandon Goergen. Lindy Peterson was absent.

Motion by Rassel, seconded by Kilcoin, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

Motion by Goergen, seconded by Steichen, to adjourn as the City Council and meet as the Local Board of Equalization at 7:10 p.m. Motion carried.

Council discussed the assessment of taxes. No appeals were filed.

Motion by Goergen, seconded by Rassel, to adjourn as the Local Board of Equalization and meet as the City Council at 7:20 p.m. Motion carried.

Council discussed the church structure at the Spirit of Faith Church.

With no further business to be discussed, motion by Goergen, seconded by Foos, to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
