The Wessington Springs Owls amateur baseball team has seven games behind them for this season so far. They have faced some tough teams as they have a 1-6 record at this point. They hosted the Plankinton Bankers on Sunday, June 20, and faced defeat with a final score of 6-15. Their next game is scheduled at home on Thursday, June 24 (tonight), against Colome starting at 8 p.m. They have another home game scheduled for Sunday, June 27, against Miller/Wessington with that game starting at 7 p.m.
