Sanborn Central/Woonsocket’s volleyball team logged a one-point victory over Mount Vernon/Plankinton, 3-2, on Monday at Plankinton.
Set scores were 10-25, 18-25, 25-16, 25-15 and 15-10.
Rachelle Moore completed four aces for SC/W and Marissa Weber turned in 13 kills for the Blackhawk effort. Candace Page-Marten assisted her team 21 times and accumulated 31 digs. Shelby Selland had three blocks.
Megan Bultsma reigned for the Titans with nine kills and six blocks. Mikayla Wiess logged nine kills, 13 set assists and 16 digs. Hailey Haak posted 18 digs.
The Blackhawks end their regular season 20-5 and the Titans fall to 14-13.
